1. Licensing
Sanchez Atlas Insurance Agency LLC is a licensed independent insurance agency in the State of California. CA Department of Insurance License #6019098. Licensing status can be verified at the California DOI website.
2. Independent agency
We are an independent agency and represent multiple insurance carriers. We are not an employee of, nor exclusively contracted with, any single carrier. Coverage availability, pricing, and underwriting decisions are determined by each carrier.
3. Compensation
We are compensated primarily through commissions paid by the insurance carriers we place business with. Commission rates vary by carrier and product. We may also receive contingent or production-based compensation from certain carriers based on overall agency results. We do not charge broker fees unless disclosed and agreed to in writing before binding coverage.
4. No guarantee of coverage
Quotes are estimates only and are not a binder, contract, or guarantee of coverage. No coverage exists until an admitted carrier has issued a policy in writing and you have accepted it. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
5. Conflicts of interest
From time to time we may have a financial interest in placing your coverage with one carrier over another (for example, higher commission or contingent compensation). We select carriers based on coverage fit, price, service, and financial strength.

If you have a complaint about our services that we cannot resolve directly, you may contact the California Department of Insurance at 1-800-927-4357 or insurance.ca.gov.
