Sanchez Atlas Insurance Agency LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a licensed independent insurance agency in California (DOI License #6019098). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Not insurance advice or a contract of insurance
Content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or insurance advice. Quote estimates are non-binding. No insurance coverage exists until a policy is issued in writing by an admitted carrier and accepted by you.
3. Quote, appointment, and raffle submissions
By submitting a quote, appointment, raffle entry, or contact form you (a) confirm the information is accurate, (b) authorize us to contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your request, and (c) understand that submissions do not create coverage. Raffle eligibility requires you to be a California resident, 18 or older, and is void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to enter a raffle.
4. Communications consent
You consent to receive transactional emails, calls, and SMS from us in response to your requests. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempting to access non-public areas, submitting false information, scraping, interfering with other users, or transmitting unlawful content).
6. Third-party carriers
We work with multiple insurance carriers. Their policies, terms, claims processes, and coverage are governed by the carrier's contract — not by us. We are not responsible for carrier decisions, denials, or delays.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, logos, and branding are owned by Sanchez Atlas Insurance Agency LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanchez Atlas Insurance Agency LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.
